Topic No.19: WHEN TEACHING FOREIGN STUDENTS OR TEACHERS

Some foreign teachers who come to work in Thailand hold bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degrees. They just don’t have a teaching license in Thailand, so they apply for any course approved by the Teachers Council to be eligible for a teaching license. By nature, they are excellent teachers who international schools hire. Their quality has already been filtered by first-class schools.

When teaching them in any courses, I prefer to do it like this

Inform them sincerely:

Sorry, My Colleagues; Maybe almost all of you are English native speakers who speak more fluently than me, please try to communicate with me.

Confident them:

For the content of Training, I am confident that I am one of the educators who are clear or have expertise in the Learning Management Science, including the use of media and innovation to support teaching and learning.

However, I don't know everything in the knowledge-based Society, but I am ready to work hard to help all of you to complete your program, such as Module 3 of TCT

Before Teaching; Well-Prepared the Context and Supporting System, such as the Google Classroom. Announce and post the schedule of class activities, including all supporting materials in the well-prepared Classroom.

During Teaching, use a lot of Techniques

I try to use a lot of techniques to help myself in English communication; Google Translate, Grammarly app., ask any Question in the Chat box while online Meeting, Frequently asked Questions(FAQ), use AI as a class assistant, if you have a question please inform me in the Chat box, I will Collect and answer in the beginning of the next class time/in the online Classroom
